The Creators!

Tokyo Mew Mew's creators are Mia Ikumi and Reiko Yoshida.
Mia Ikumi did the illustrations and Reiko Yoshida did the plot/storyline.

Sorry! I couldn't find many sites that had things about them.

Mia Ikumi was born on March 27th! (Yah!!! On the same month as me!^^) and she has written other manga's besides from Tokyo Mew Mew. Here is a list. Keep in mind I haven't read any of the other ones besides TMM coz NZ doesn't have them/I can't find them.

 Super Doll Ricca-Chan- Which has been turned into an anime too.
